Also first appearing in episode #3 is the daughter of none other than FBI agent Taki Kazuya, a long-time friend of the original
Double Riders. She was staying and working with Tachibana Tôbei before Maya showed up. Now she aids Maya in keeping an
eye (and fist) out for Geier. She quickly figured out that Maya was Kamen Rider Sigma on her own, and is excited as the
prospect of following in the footsteps of her father, often to the alarm/confusion of others.

Having been born and raised in America, she likes to say that she is 100% bilingual, although she refrains from throwing random
English words into her sentences as she thinks it’s “clichéd”. She is, however, proud of her heritage, and will often make a point of
mentioning past experiences and customs from the land of her birth, even if they aren’t always entirely correct. She gets quite testy
when others refer to her as a gaijin, citing the fact that she has basically spent the equivalent of half her life growing up in Japan,
and is fully acclimated (although she still has a bit of trouble with multiple Kanji readings, and has a tendency to mess up people’s
names.)

Mikoto is a cheerful, friendly, and affable girl who isn’t afraid to speak her mind, even if it gets her into trouble (as it often does.)
She takes after her father in several ways; she’s loyal, courageous, and more than a little crazy. Growing up as the daughter of an
FBI agent who once went toe-to-toe with Shocker and Gelshocker, she of course knows a couple styles of combat, and she
proudly likes to relate many of her dad’s wild adventures, much to the amusement or annoyance of everyone else. Something of a
free spirit, likes to present herself as a trendy party girl who is also crazy about many kinds of subculture and knowledgeable when
it comes to relationships, which she is very blunt about giving advice on. She often tries to help Kôhei score a date with Maya
whilst simultaneously snickering when he gets shot down. Almost immediately, she forms a strong friendship with Maya, and has
become an important helper and ally in her journey.

However, she still likes to argue with Maya about which one of them is higher up on Geier's "To Kill" list.
